All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
- Orders are dispatched only on working days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–4 Working Days
- Rest of India: 5–7 Working Days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on courier operations, location accessibility, or unforeseen logistics delays.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders are dispatched only after confirmation from the customer.
- Our team may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp for order verification.
- Orders without confirmation will NOT be dispatched.
This step is necessary to avoid fake orders and ensure smooth delivery.
4. Shipping Partners
We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver your orders across India. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer to monitor shipment status.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, INZOLE is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Remote location access issues
- Public holidays or operational constraints
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
