Refund policy
At INZOLE, we are committed to delivering high-performance products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Request Window
Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return / Exchange
All return and exchange requests are handled only via WhatsApp.

Customers must send the following details on WhatsApp to initiate the process:
- Order ID
- Return / Exchange Reason
- Delivery Date
- Product Image (if required for verification)
Requests without these details may not be processed.
3. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- Size issue
- Defective product
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during shipping
- Change of mind / preference change

4. Product Condition Requirements
Returned products must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have original tags intact
- Be in original packaging
Used items will be strictly rejected.
5. No Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
We offer:
- Size Exchange
- Product Exchange
6. Exchange Rules
- Exchange allowed one time only per order.
- Different product exchange allowed.
- If new product value is higher → customer pays the difference.
- If lower → remaining value issued as store credit coupon for future use.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
If the mistake is from Eagle Fit’s side
(wrong item / wrong size sent / damaged product):
✅ INZOLE will arrange and pay for return shipping.
If return is due to customer preference
(size issue, change of mind, etc.):
✅ Customer must bear the return shipping cost.
We rely on third-party logistics partners, so shipping costs cannot be covered in such cases.
8. Courier Availability Clause
Reverse pickup depends on courier service availability.
- If reverse pickup is not available in customer’s location,
the customer must self-ship the parcel.
- If courier service is unavailable in that region, return/exchange may not be possible.
9. Sale / Discounted Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are eligible for:

❌ No Returns
❌ No Refunds
10. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed immediately for dispatch.
11. Exchange Processing Timeline
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, exchange processing may take 10–12 business days.
12. Return Address
The return address will be shared on WhatsApp after request approval.
All returns are processed in the same city as dispatch origin.
Important Notice
INZOLE reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality inspection or violate this policy.
